1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device when they visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about their visit in order to make future visits easier.

2. Technical Cookies (Necessary)

The Website https://quebarbaro.es uses strictly necessary technical cookies for its correct operation:

• Session cookies: maintain the user's session during browsing (e.g. the language selected between Spanish, English and Swedish). Deleted when the browser is closed.
• Preference cookies: store the user's language choice to improve their browsing experience.
• Consent record: the Website stores the user's choice from the cookie notice in the browser's local storage, so as not to ask again on every visit and to evidence that choice.

These cookies are necessary for the basic functioning of the Website and do not require user consent in accordance with Art. 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

3. Marketing Cookies (Consent Required)

If the user expressly authorises it in the cookie notice, the Website installs the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which allows us to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and to show more relevant advertising.

The same authorisation installs the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd.), which allows contacts initiated from the Website to be attributed to our Google campaigns. Clicks on the phone and WhatsApp buttons are recorded as a conversion; neither the content of the conversation nor the number the user calls from is recorded.

The Website also uses Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.), the manager used to administer its advertising measurement tools. Unlike the above, the manager loads on every visit, because it does not set cookies or collect data by itself: it is a loader. It runs under Consent Mode v2 with all four advertising signals denied, so the tags it administers cannot set cookies or transmit user identifiers until authorisation is given. When it loads, the browser sends Google the IP address and browser type; MEMORIES TERRA SL bases this processing on its legitimate interest in measuring the performance of its campaigns (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and users may object by writing to the address given in the Privacy Policy.

The cookies used for this purpose are:

• _fbp (Meta): identifies the browser for advertising and measurement purposes. Duration: 90 days.
• _fbc (Meta): records the last advertisement through which the user reached the Website. Duration: 90 days.
• _gcl_au (Google): links the visit to the Google ad through which the user arrived, in order to attribute conversions. Duration: 90 days.

These cookies are not installed until the user accepts them. If the user rejects them, neither the Meta Pixel nor the Google Ads tag is ever loaded, and the tag manager remains with all signals denied. The Google tag runs under Consent Mode v2 with all advertising signals denied by default. Meta and Google act as joint controllers; you can consult their policies at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Links to External Platforms

The Website includes links to external platforms (Booksy, Treatwell, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest). When users access those platforms via these links, they leave the Website and are subject to each platform's own cookie policies. MEMORIES TERRA SL has no control over third-party cookies on those platforms.

5. Managing, Withdrawing and Disabling Cookies

Users can change or withdraw their consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every section of the Website. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not restrict access to any content.
